A wine flight at The Net Zero is four wines chosen by Francesc, poured in order and talked through one by one while you drink them. Sixty minutes, at the bar or at a table, in Gràcia.

Wine flights are strictly by reservation. Not to be precious about it: it is the only way to have the bottles open and ready and to sit down with you and talk you through them. No booking, no tasting.
Who picks the wines
Francesc does, one by one. The Francesc’s Selection flight pours one wine from each of his own winemaking projects: what he makes when nobody stops him.
The Challenge
Four wines and four questions, one per wine. Get them all right and dinner is on us. It is the priciest tasting in the house and the only one that can end up free.
